Ive been a secret Magnolia fiend for years, i had a gorgeous collection once, im so pleased to pull them back out again, i recently had two of the newer stamps and im awaiting two more to arrive in the mail... i cant promise i'll stop at two more either lol
anyway, this card took its own transformation... it began as a stamped image on a die-cut and slowly developed into this little creation, I dont know why but i really wanted a fence lol and then once i added the fence the tree had to come next, and then, well - here it is!
I coloured the gorgeous Tilda with my ProMarkers. cut the fence, tree, leaves, cloud, apple and bird with my portrait and then got to sponging on some distress ink and coloured with my markers
I stickled Tilda to within an inch of her life lol, i felt her wings needed some glitter, and then of course her pretty shoes.... and then i couldn't miss her headband... or flower, or dress... so boy does she sparkle!!
The flowers along with the beautiful butterfly charm is from The Ribbon Girl
I added some lace and flowers from my stash and just happened to have the perfect card to back it all on, for a 'grass' and 'sky' scene. i wanted a tad bit of dimension to the card so i used some foam pads for the fence, and some of the branches on the tree, also with tilda and the fallen apple :)
